Shipping Information

All items shipped in Australia will be sent via Express Post at a cost of $7.40 for up to 500g in weight and $10.50 for up to 3kg in weight (this would include the smallest jewellery boxes & rolls).  Larger jewellery boxes will incur a higher postage cost which will be automatically calculated at checkout.

All items shipped outside of Australia will be sent by Air Mail at a cost of $15.00 for up to 500g in weight, $30.00 for up to 1kg & then add another $15 for every 500g over 1kg in weight.

The following is an estimated time for delivery -

• Australia : 2 to 5 working days.
• Asia Pacific : usually within 3 to 10 working days.
  
• Rest of world: 7 to 21 working days.

Order Information

If we are out of stock of an item we will notify you within 24-48hours of your order. If this occurs you have two options:

1. You can choose another item.
   
2. We can give you a refund.

At Katarj unique jewellery we will do our very best to make sure our service is prompt, efficient and friendly.

While every effort is made to ensure you receive an exact match to what you ordered, please be aware that as these pieces are all handmade there is the possibility of a slight difference in beads used in your piece.  This of course means you will have your very own unique piece of jewellery!!
